Family Pass/Student Activity Pass:
Students and family members can attend most sporting events and school plays for free with Student Activity and Family Passes.
Student Activity Pass: $15
Family Pass (Parents and Siblings ages 6-13): $40
Ventra Cards:
For a student to receive the fare student rate, they must have a student Ventra card. School IDs are no longer accepted to receive the student discount rate.
Students that need a Ventra card can stop by the Cashier's Office to pick up an order form to mail with their $2 payment. Once CTA receives the order form and payment, they will mail the Ventra card to the Cashier's Office for pick up.
Parents deposit money into the account of the student's Ventra card. Ventra cards will stay activated until the end of the school year.
Students: DO NOT THROW AWAY your Ventra card. You can have your Ventra card reactivated yearly and during summer school for free.
